Illuminated chess boards can be made mains or battery powered, are perfected evenly illuminated across the boards' surface with variable brightness controls. Standard playing boards are 560mmx560mm x 25mm deep, battery powered boards are deeper but can be customised to your design. The frames are hand sprayed and similar in construction and finish to our Gallery style art light boxes.

This handmade set features a luminescent surface  that is perfectly even so you’ll be able to play at any time of the day no matter where you are, or how bad the lighting may be.
